Ever thought about entering writing competitions? They are a great way to sharpen one’s writing skills and hopefully even earn some money in the process!

 

A word of warning; some writing competitions charge entrance fees. Sometimes these fees go towards the competition prizes however, caution should be exercised. Is it really worth paying a £20 entrance fee for a winning prize of £50?
